Campus culture,as the the foundation of the survival and development of colleges and universities,is an important source of the strength and competitiveness of colleges and universities,it is also a basic,strategic and forward -looking“soft power”. Based on the realistic background of deepening education reform,this paper analyzes the essence and strategies of campus culture con- struction from the requirements of high - quality specialized talents training,who are suitable for local economic and social develop- ment,with a view to provide enlightenment and reference for the current campus culture construction and personnel training.
