Abstract:According to the comparison of intercollegiate cooperation projects between two main educational systems in North Amer- ica and Europe,this paper tries to analyze and find effective models of intercollegiate cooperation,so as to help China’s universities explore new ways to cultivate innovative talents. Through the comparative study,it is found that the cooperation between universities can achieve the maximization of the sharing of educational resources and the complementary advantages of talent training. Finally,it is proposed to help students develop their horizons and cultivate their innovative thinking by exploring“open”talent training mode,estab- lishing“internationalization”teaching philosophy,encouraging governments,industries,universities and lead institutions to establish resources sharing platform.
