The political situation changed dramatically in modern China when the industry and commerce developed rapidly,and the strength of businessmen increased greatly. The businessmen criticized the traditional education and demanded for higher education power significantly,so they explored in the education thought and practice. Their discourse power increased in the modern higher edu- cation field gradually,which promoted the development of modern education in China. For reference,businessmen’s rational demands for education should be responded scientifically,which has a positive role in current education reform and education development in China. However,supervisions and guides should be provided in order to prevent the adverse impacts from their short - sighted behav- iors.
