Under the background of the mixed operation and rapid development in financial industry,this paper analyzes the reform of the finance major based on the cultivation of innovative talents. Starting from the top design,this paper analyzes the talent cultivation mode from three aspects: setting up the training goal,establishing the student - centered teaching mode and the problem - based learn- ing mode. Then the paper constructs the core curriculum system from the perspective of ability training. Finally,the paper studies the major construction reform from assessment method of reform,construction of teaching staff and strengthening practical teaching.
