The“Double World - classes”policy provides the campus culture and cultural education with a new connotation of the times. Under the background of“Double World - classes”,the construction of campus culture is confronted with new opportunities and challenges. Among which is the restriction by such problems as the lack of spiritual culture,too much administrative culture,imperfect system and mechanism,inadequate response to the non - mainstream culture,insufficient integration with regional culture,etc. There- fore,according to the“Double World - classes”standard,guided by the socialist core values,the construction of college campus cul- ture can be improved by remodeling of university spirit,innovating management system,creating a cultural education environment, strengthening domestic and international exchanges.
