In order to explore problems existed in the management of mental health education of colleges and universities,this re- search investigated 253 college and university administrators’cognition and evaluation of current mental health education. And it is concluded that the administrators should enhance the requirements of mental health education so as to promote the continuous develop- ment of mental health education,and further promote the system construction of mental health education so that make sure the system’ s implementation. On the requirements of mental health part -time teachers,it should be emphasized on their work ability as well as professional level. And on the management of full - time teachers,adequate attention should be paid to work performance as well as team construction. Finally,the administrators in higher vocational colleges should also guarantee the vocational features of mental health education,and pay attention to students’actual psychological needs.
