In a wide range of disciplines,brought together top scholars and graduate students in large scale,with the inherent ad- vantages of the construction of tanks,but think tank construction also face problems such as inadequate recognition,fuzzy positioning, not down to earth,lack of coordination and foresight,not open enough and so on. To construct university new think tank with Chinese characteristics,we need to deepen cooperation and collaborative research. This paper firstly introduces the think tank construction situ- ation in colleges and universities both at home and abroad; then expounds the connotation of the think tank“revolving door”mecha- nism in colleges and universities as well as the necessity of construction; analyzes the advantages of the revolving door mechanism in colleges and universities of our country. Finally,this article proposes the feasible methods for constructing the think tank“revolving door”mechanism in colleges and universities.
