Abstract:Under the background of micro era,university management faces new trends that the advantage of resources sharing and the weakening of learning ability,the breaking of the boundaries of time and space and the weakening of interaction skills,the applica- tion of a new model and the delay of tracking education,the closing of relationship between teachers and students and the shaking of dominant status. Meanwhile,it also derives a new paradigm of multidimensional management,generative management,flexible man- agement,and soft cultural management. In order to innovate university management,micro - education reform,micro - teaching re- form,micro -management innovation,micro -services improvement,full implementation of people -oriented are needed.
