Based on the enrollment standards set up by the nation,the right of autonomous enrollment is that colleges and universi- ties can autonomously determine enrollment standards,enrollment scope and enrollment methods,according to their own educational goal,condition and requirement. The inherent expanding nature and negative effect of power and the special status and alienated prop- erty of enrollment right lead to the shortage of supervision and restriction of the right of autonomous enrollment. Therefore,it should im- prove the system of power supervision and restriction in which regime restricts power,power restricts power,supervision restricts power and right restricts power,which can prevent and tackle enrollment corruption from the source.
